All or Nothing

All or Nothing (AON) are an ALL female session band from London.These four ladies met in 2004 and began playing together in and around the UK music scene. All four members are established musicians in their own right and collectively they demonstrate a special ability to deliver great music to all audiences. Their influences are Funk, RnB, Gospel/Christian, Jazz, Rock, Soul, Classical and these sounds are very evident in their music. The four members of All or Nothing (AON) are, Nadine Lee, Hyacinth Ellington, Georgina Stanley and Michelle Osbourne. AON are available for live gigs, weddings,conferences and functions.
Nadine Lee’s Profile –Drums/MD
Nadine Lee is a multifaceted artist renowned for her soulful vocals,song writing and musical talent. Her passion for music began atthe tender age of 6, where she started playing the drums and wasrecognised for her mature skills at such a young age. By the age of8, Nadine was learnt in playing the piano and by 14 was strumming a bass guitar. It is no surprise that she is currently said to be “one of England’s finest female musicians”. Nadine attributes her interest in music from her gospel upbringing – remembering the days of playingin church as a small child.
In June 2003, Nadine attained a BMus in Popular Music & Performance Art ‘The London College of Music/Drum Tech’. Here, she was able to develop her knowledge and skills in music further. Nadine went onto develop and present music workshops across the UK, whilst still working as a professional musician, songwriter and producer.
The range of artists Nadine has worked alongside over the years isa reflection of her professionalism within the music industry. Artists include: The London Philharmonic Orchestra, Annie Lennox, Raymond& Co (MOBO Award winners 2006), Lejuene Thompson (USA recording artist), Siani (MOBO Award nominees 2007), Ekklesia (MOBO Awardnominees 2009), London Community Gospel Choir, Lamar, Jamilia,Bryan McFaden, Katie Mueller, P Diddy (Puff Daddy) and more.
Nadine has written for Igospel.uk (UK music specialist), Ekklesia, EMUSIK, Penial Place music services and others.
Hyacinth Ellington’s Profile- Guitar
Hyacinth grew up surrounded by music both at home and in Church. Her mother is an inspirational singer; her brothers Joel (pianist) and John (singer/songwriter) have received international acclaim, notably Joel who has played for the likes of Eurythmics, JanetJackson and Tina Turner.
Hyacinth fell in love with the guitar from an early age and was inspired by playing withthe likes of Noel Robinson, Andrew Smith and Ronny Jordan. In those early years Hyacinth’s desire to master her instrument became evident as she would spend hours practising and listening to music that moved her. Constantly battling to be accepted as a guitarist in a male dominated arena, Hyacinth has gained respect from her peers for her musicianship and determination. Her love of Funk, Rock, Gospel and Blues is evident in her style. She truly comes alive on stage and thrives on the vibe she gets when giving her all.
As part of her development Hyce attended a live performance workshop at The Guitar Institute in 2008. She was music director at Wembley COGOP where she managed the installation of a new P.A. system and music equipment and is the resident guitarist at CLC Church in Hackney, London.
When not gigging Hyce enjoys teaching and mentoring young artists. She is currently co-writing some songs and working on a debut album for one of her students. Hyce is looking forward to seeing how these develop.

Georgina Stanley’s Profile – Keyboards
Georgina was always captivated by music of all kinds from an early age. She began experimenting with the piano at home when she was 6years old and realised that she could figure out melodies on her own.She began to have piano lessons, then violin and recorder lessons too.
She had a great advantage, learning to sight read in the classical field and learning by ear at church. She always loved a range of styles.These include soul, blues, rock, Latin, classical, reggae and soca.
Georgina has gained grade 8 level on the piano and grade 7 on the violin and grade 5 theory all with the Royal Associated board of music.She gained a music degree and secondary music PGCE and currently teaches class music to 11 to 16 year olds, including choir and band training.
Georgina has worked with a range of artists including a group called the Eden Soul Trio singing and playing the keyboard, playing the keyboard for various choirs and soloists. She has also sung backingvocals for reggae artist Hensley King at various venues including the Fairfield halls and recorded backing vocals for reggae artists Owen Gray and Norris Weir. Other collaborations have taken her to several locations including Wembley conference centre, Sweden, America and various conferences and churches.
Georgina wants to grow in her performance skills and continue to work within a range of styles, supporting women in music. She wants to remain true to herself by always giving her best in performance ultimately in respect to God.
Michelle Osbourne’s Profile- Bass
Michelle Osbourne is one of a growing number of female musicians to hit the London Music scene. Coming to music in her late teens, Michelle’s musical journey began after receiving a hand full of Bass Guitar lessons just as she was finishing Secondary Education.
Michelle further developed her playing and musicianship whilst studying at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance. (formerly known as The Guitar Institute and Bass Tech) where she underwent formal training for 1 year.
Michelle now makes her living as a session musician and bass guitar tutor.
Michelle’s artist repertoire include Gloria Gaynor, widely acclaimed producer Simon Franglen, Robert Bowden (Sony), Muyiwa &Riversongz, Graham Kendrick, Noel Robinson and Nu Image.Ekklesia (MOBO Awards Nominees), Taylor Lane, Jaz Ellington,Abimaro, Jake Isaac, Renewed, Siani, (MOBO Awards Nominees 2007)Lejuene Thompson (USA), GK Real (UMA Nominees 2008),
Michelle is currently working with recording artist Gloria Gaynor and Christian recording artist Muyiwa and Riversongz.
